Fathom Pacific employs a data-science approach to management of diverse environmental data, using scripted pipelines for ingesting, reshaping and error checking data.  For large projects and datasets, we use bespoke PostgreSQL databases which support consistent data exports for reporting and upon which we develop front end visualization and analysis tools.  Our scientists and collaborators are highly skilled in database management and we customize systems according to client requirements, supporting data interoperability and advanced data visualisations.
